We have activated DAOS on a mail server.
The DAOS catalog regularly needs resync.
When this happens, we use TELL DAOSMGR DBSUMMARY to get a list of the mail boxes that need resync.
We then fix these db (LOAD FIXUP -F -j) and finally TELL DAOSMGR RESYNC.
The DAOS catalog gets synchronized and stays so for a couple of hours (rarely more than 24)
After having done this nearly everyday during a couple of weeks, it appears very often that the same databases must be refixed.
Those databases exceed their quotas.
The console log contains several entries concerning the disk quota being exceeded.
Some of those entries are immediately followed by an entry telling that the DAOS catalog becomes out of sync.
This is also recorded in the DAOS log.
Console log:
Unable to write to database - database /XXX/YYY/ZZZ/mail/usermailbox.nsf would exceed its disk quota of 512000 KB by 209 MB.

DAOS Catalog needs resync:
Informational - The database /lotus/domino/jauresds01/mail/xvandenh.nsf has caused the DAOS catalog to become out of sync.
Deletions will be postponed. Please run 'tell daosmgr resync' at the next convenient opportunity to re-synchronize.
DAOS log:
STATE_CHANGE Going in doubt due to mismatch syncpoint and/or ticketcount: (db: /XXX/YYY/ZZZ/mail/usermailbox.nsf)
Catalog state to Needs Resync. (daos/account.c 694)
I think that the DAOS resync problems are related to quotas being exceeded.
This should be fixed by Lotus.
In the meantime, is there a way to automate our manual procedure ?
